Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Tokyo Hub Clinic operates by appointment only. This ensures that each patient receives dedicated time with the doctor and avoids any waiting. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Please call 03-6261-7070 or book online to schedule your visit.

What languages are spoken at the clinic?

All consultations are conducted in English. Our medical staff can communicate fluently in English, so you do not need to bring a translator or worry about language barriers.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept Japanese national health insurance (NHI), which covers 70% of medical costs for enrolled patients. We also accept travel insurance — please bring your policy documents to your appointment. For patients without insurance, self-pay is available at reasonable rates.

Where is the clinic located?

We are located at Hotel New Otani Garden Court 2F, 4-1 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The nearest stations are Akasaka-mitsuke Station (Ginza Line / Marunouchi Line) and Nagatacho Station (Yurakucho Line / Hanzomon Line / Namboku Line), both a short walk away. Look for the Garden Court entrance of Hotel New Otani and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.

What conditions do you treat?

We specialize in three main areas:

  • Psychosomatic Medicine — stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, panic disorder, adjustment disorder, burnout
  • Internal Medicine — cold and flu, allergies, gastrointestinal issues, hypertension, diabetes, general health concerns
  • Men’s Health — andropause (male menopause), hormonal imbalances, fatigue, decreased libido

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment in two ways:

  2. Online: Use our online booking form at any time

Appointments are available 24 hours. We will confirm your booking and provide any pre-visit instructions.

How much does it cost without insurance?

For self-pay patients (no insurance):

  • Initial consultation: approximately 10,000–15,000 JPY
  • Follow-up visit: approximately 5,000–8,000 JPY

Costs may vary depending on tests, prescriptions, and treatments required. We will explain all costs before proceeding with any treatment.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring the following:

  • A valid photo ID (passport or residence card)
  • Your health insurance card (if you have Japanese NHI)
  • Travel insurance documents (if applicable)
  • A list of any current medications
  • Any relevant medical records or test results

Is my visit confidential?

Absolutely. We take patient privacy very seriously. Our appointment-only model means you will not encounter other patients in the waiting area. All medical records are handled in strict accordance with Japanese medical privacy laws and international standards.

Can you provide medical documents in English?

Yes. We can provide medical certificates, referral letters, prescriptions, and other documentation in English. If you need a medical certificate for your employer, school, or insurance company, please let us know during your appointment.
