Step 1: Book Your Appointment
Tokyo Hub Clinic operates by appointment only. Please book your visit in advance:

When booking, please let us know the reason for your visit so we can prepare accordingly.
Step 2: What to Bring
Please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- Photo ID — passport or residence card (zairyu card)
- Japanese health insurance card — if you are enrolled in the national health insurance system
- Travel insurance documents — if you are visiting Japan and have travel insurance
- Current medications — bring the actual medications or a written list with dosages
- Medical records or referral letters — if available, especially from recent treatments
- List of allergies — including drug allergies
Step 3: Finding the Clinic
Tokyo Hub Clinic is located at:

By Train
- Akasaka-mitsuke Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line / Marunouchi Line) — walk toward Hotel New Otani, approximately 3 minutes
- Nagatacho Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line / Hanzomon Line / Namboku Line) — Exit 7, approximately 3 minutes
- Yotsuya Station (JR Chuo Line / Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line / Namboku Line) — approximately 8 minutes on foot
Entering the Building
Look for the Garden Court entrance of Hotel New Otani (not the main hotel entrance). Take the elevator or escalator to the 2nd floor. The clinic is clearly signposted.
Step 4: At the Clinic
Check-in
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. At reception, you will be asked to:
- Present your ID and insurance card (if applicable)
- Complete a brief medical questionnaire (available in English)
- Confirm your contact information
Consultation
Your consultation will be conducted entirely in English. The doctor will:
- Review your medical history and current concerns
- Perform a physical examination if needed
- Order any necessary tests (blood work, etc.)
- Discuss the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan
- Answer all your questions
Initial consultations typically take 30 to 45 minutes, allowing ample time for a thorough assessment.
After Your Consultation
After seeing the doctor:
- Prescriptions will be provided if medication is needed. You can fill prescriptions at nearby pharmacies.
- Follow-up appointments can be scheduled at reception.
- Payment is made at reception. We accept cash and credit cards.
- Documentation — medical certificates and receipts for insurance claims are available upon request.
Your Privacy
Your medical information is strictly confidential. Tokyo Hub Clinic complies with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and handles all patient data with the highest standards of privacy and security. Your records will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.
Our appointment-only system also ensures complete privacy — you will not encounter other patients during your visit.
