Pricing & Fees

Tokyo Hub Clinic offers transparent pricing for all consultations. We operate on a fee-for-service basis, with costs depending on the examinations and procedures your doctor deems necessary. Below is an overview of our standard fees.

Medication fees are not included in the above prices. Prescribed medication will be filled at an off-site pharmacy; please pay separately at the pharmacy.

Psychosomatic Medicine & Mental Health

Consultations for depression, anxiety, insomnia, burnout, ADHD assessment, and other psychosomatic conditions follow the same fee structure above. The base consultation fee covers a comprehensive mental health assessment conducted entirely in English.

Insurance Coverage

Japanese National Health Insurance (NHI)

If you are enrolled in Japan’s national health insurance system, your insurance card covers 70% of eligible medical costs. You pay only the remaining 30% at the time of your visit. The fee schedule above applies to self-pay (uninsured) patients. Please bring your insurance card to every appointment.

Travel Insurance

We assist patients with international travel insurance claims. In most cases, you will pay the full fee at the time of your visit and submit a claim to your insurer for reimbursement. We provide all necessary documentation including:

  • Itemized receipt (領収書)
  • Medical certificate in English (診断書)
  • Diagnosis report and treatment summary

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
